We have completed the performance upgrade of our mature IPS-100 packing workstation.
We optimized the water-activated tape sealing mechanism and robotic grabbing program.
The upgraded model runs more stably in continuous production, effectively reducing carton sealing failures and unexpected line downtime.
It still maintains a capacity of 31–90 UPH for mixed-SKU small parcels, bringing more stable automatic packing for small and medium-sized e-commerce warehouses.
IPS-200 is currently under design. It adopts three independent high-speed collaborative robot arms and adds expanded material staging platforms. Equipped with intelligent packing algorithm, it arranges goods neatly inside cartons automatically. Its packing efficiency is nearly doubled compared with IPS-100, delivering stable throughput of 150–200 UPH. This machine integrates carton erection, 3D vision random picking, void paper filling, printing labeling and water tape sealing.
After commissioning, the packing capacity keeps steady at 31–90 UPH, Carton sealing failures and parcel damage during transportation are greatly reduced.

Many automatic packaging lines suffer from inconsistent carton sealing, which leads to high rejection rates and shipping losses.
The main causes include uneven tape pressure, unstable carton positioning and environmental humidity changes.
Our IPS-100 optimizes the water-activated tape sealing structure with adjustable pressing force and real-time position correction.
This upgrade makes the sealing tight and uniform in long-time continuous operation, effectively cutting packaging failure rates.

Germany FACHPACK 2025 trade fair
By early 2025, the first-generation system, designated IPS100, had completed its holistic design, detailed drafting, assembly, electrical integration, and commissioning. It was subsequently presented at the FACHPACK 2025 trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany.
