Within the operational chain of a logistics distribution center, the packaging segment occupies a pivotal role, bridging upstream order processing with downstream sorting and dispatch. However, this segment has traditionally been constrained by factors such as significant order volume fluctuations, complex product categorizations, and non-standardized packaging specifications. These constraints have resulted in a prolonged reliance on manual labor, leading to sustained high operational costs, constrained efficiency, and inconsistent delivery timelines. This reliance has consequently established packaging as a critical bottleneck hindering the enhancement of overall operational productivity.
The IPS-100 integrates carton erection, 3D vision random picking, automatic void paper filling, print labeling, and water-activated tape sealing into a single compact unit. It offers two layout configurations, back-entry and side-entry, to accommodate different warehouse layouts. Based on the number of mixed SKUs (ranging from 2 to 5 varieties), its production capacity spans 31 to 90 units per hour (UPH), making it ideally suited for small and medium-sized e-commerce warehouses.

Upcoming IPS-200 High-Speed Packing Station (Under Design, 150–200 UPH)
Our new-generation IPS-200 high-speed packing workstation is currently still in the development stage. The system is equipped with three independent high-speed collaborative robot arms and an extended material staging platform. Powered by an intelligent cargo packing algorithm, the workstation can automatically arrange products in an orderly manner inside shipping cartons, delivering a stable throughput of 150 to 200 units per hour (UPH). This represents an almost 100% increase in packing capacity compared to the IPS-100 model, making the workstation ideally suited for large-scale fulfillment warehouses with high throughput requirements.
